There were three serious accidents today.

At about 3:30 p.m., there was a two-vehicle accident in Waterloo on HH Road, about one-half mile west of Moore Road. Several ambulances responded to the scene. The Waterloo Fire Department worked with Monroe County ambulance personnel to extricate and transport the victims. HH remains closed between Moore and Gall Roads.

In a second accident, a vehicle ran into a tree at 3 p.m. along Route 156 (the Hecker highway) near J Road. One ambulance was called to the scene.

Finally, two cars collided at 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of First Street and Rogers Street in Waterloo. Three people were taken to hospitals.
