A Columbia police officer noticed two suspicious individuals walking through the subdivision. McArthur was charged with two counts of burglary to a motor vehicle, one count of possession of burglary tools and one count of obstructing justice. Berkbigler and Todd were each charged with two counts of burglary to a motor vehicle. “We will be applying for additional charges of burglary to a motor vehicle against one of the three suspects related to crimes that occurred in Columbia during the month of September,” said Columbia Police Chief Joe Edwards.
