Monroe County
Fair Kicks Off Sunday With Fair Queen Pageant And Horse Show

Amanda Stumpf was crowned Sunday evening as the
2009 Monroe County Fair Queen.
Amanda, 20, is the daughter of Richard and RuAnna Stumpf of Waterloo. She was a
2007 graduate of Waterloo High School and is currently a senior at Southern
Illinois University Carbondale majoring in fashion design. Also during tonight’s
pageant, Emily Edler of Valmeyer was named the first runner up, Mary Kate Brumit
– second runner-up and Laurie Barchet, Miss Congeniality. Ashley Osterhage was
crowned the 2009 Little Miss. She is the daughter of Todd and Lucy of Waterloo.

The 2009 Monroe County Fair Queen Court is,
