The Monroe County Pork Producers report several hundred bratwursts were sold Tuesday during the annual Porta Westfalica Festival. The officers kept a close eye on the grill throughout the evening and were happy it was not stolen from the grounds this year, like it was last year by two individuals. If you remember, Waterloo and county officers were able to track down the grill and the bandits, partly in fact, by following a trail of grease along Route 156.
