Collision Occurs At Fair’s Exit Following
Figure 8 Race
Following
an evening filled with crashes on the track, two trucks collided along Route
156 at the exit following the conclusion of the Monroe County Fair’s Figure
8 Race in Waterloo. Alex Schollmann, 21, was driving a Ford F250 exiting the
fairgrounds when he pulled into the path of Bryan Obst, 39, heading
westbound on Route 156 toward Valmeyer. The accident tied up traffic of
those leaving the fair, but both drivers were not injured.
